New patient here

Got the recommendation hardcopy from my physician today, filling out my patient form now.
Wondering if I should put myself down as my caregiver since I intend to grow my own medicine, the form looks kinda empty otherwise :)
What's the backlog on these applications now anyway, will I have my card before the fall?

You can not be a caregiver for yourself.You as a patient cant grow your allowed amount.12 mature 12 imature pants.2.5 OZ dry useable weight.

There is a HUGE typo there.... Here is how it should read

You can not be a caregiver for yourself.You as a patient can grow your allowed 12 mature & 12 immature plants. also 2.5 OZ dry usable material.
