When i start my flush , do i still continue to use my Bud Candy ... or do i stop this too ??
If you like smoking Bud candy, yes, keep using it...if not, then don't use it after final flushing. Just water, and only if needed...nothing else after final flushing...the idea behind flushing near the end, is to get rid of most of the nasty tasting nutes leftover in the plant...anything else you add after a final flush, you'll wind up smoking with the bud...I've never knowingly smoked bud candy products before, but ya never know...it might really eff you up!
I have yet to smoke any with bud candy either, this is my first grow using it . Just not sure if i used even with the flush or not .. anyone used Bud Candy orQuote:

Yes, it's over-priced watered down molasses basically...just use water, ph'd correctly and you'll be fine...that stuff has done it's job by then and there is no need to use it the last week or two, it won't do anything good anyway...if you do, and your finished product tastes like crap and is harsh as all get out, you will know not to do it anymore...LOL! In your future grows, you can save yourself lots of money by going to the grocery store and buying unsulphured blackstrap molasses and using it at about a teaspoon per gallon and get great results...it's not watered down and costs > $4 a bottle. Don't buy into the hype these grow shops hand out...They definitely want you to be dumb enough to buy their over-priced crap! This is a very simple plant to grow out and needs almost nothing more than proper watering and very little else to grow fantastic weed, if you have decent genetics to start with. I grow out 4 AK47's with a total expenditure of about $25 a month, and most of that is electric to run my well pump and the 400wHPS they finish with. A $4 bottle of molasses lasts me 2 grows or about $2 a crop! When I do need to add some nutes, I've been working on the same $8 dollar box for 4 years! And I haven't put a dent in it yet!...I probably will never have to buy this stuff again because it will last the rest of my life! That is all I spend and grow way good stuff...no need to spend a fortune on watered down "nutes" that you can buy in a grocery store for 1/4 the cost! My stuff doesn't taste like burnt sugar when I smoke it either...it's very yummy tho!
My best advice for you is to go by the KISS principle...Keep It Simple, Silly! Mine is the simplest of ghetto growing and I get great results! And if I can do it, anybody can! I do not have a green thumb at ALL! LOL!

I do everything wrong...LOL! I use MG soil, modified w/ perlite, dolomite lime, pure topsoil, and some vermiculite, ph'd to 6.8 and rarely MG veggin and MG bloomin, and always molasses... my entire 4'x5' grow room is lined with mirrors with a 400w switchable ballast w/ a small 4" fan..the fan does not cool the light, it's circulates air. I use the close trim for iso oil, and burn the rest. That's me, from start to finish! Two hit stuff and I always take 3 and then regret it. 1 hit stuff for most people. 40+ years smokin it daily. LOL! It wasn't always this good tho! I'm an anomaly. Everyone will tell you, it can't be done like this! I probably have $150 bucks tied up in the whole shebang, cuz the light was gifted to me by a fellow head.

True confessions! LOL! Well, I don't have access to anything but MG and Scott's stuff, so I picked MG (I don't grow grass!) and learned how to make it work to grow excellent weed...I'm poor, so I don't like spending lot's of money when I don't HAVE to! Yea, whatever works...Thx!:stoned:

I would stop the Bud Candy when you're flushing. After all, unless you like the taste of cotton candy, and some folks don't, you might get the flavor in yoru smoke.Quote:

I tend to use the Final Phase when I've run a heavier nute program, just to make sure I'm not tasting the nutes later on. You can use it in the last four to ten days.
