Spider Webs On Bud Tops?

Howdy all. I'm having probs with I think might be bugs/spiders. Also, the leaves are all curling and seem to be really dry. This is a prob on 1 of 4 plants but the leaf prob seems to be spreading to a 2nd one. I'm about 3 weeks out from harvest.
I have filled out the form and have taken pics but can't figure out how to import the pics to this thread. Can anyone plz help me to post pics so I can get this prob addressed? I did paste the form below.

D) Is there a consistent fresh air supply? I BELIEVE SO
E) Do you have an exhaust fan and a circulation fan? NO
F) Size of reservoir? 6 GALS

Your nutrients and water:
G) Source of water. (tap or filtered) TAP
H) Specific brand and N-P-K ratio for each bottle. List dosages (quantity per gallon) and current feeding schedule. DYNA-GRO BLOOM 3-12-6 ADD 2 TSP/GAL (6 GALS SO 12 TSP TOTAL), FEED/CHANGE WATER EVERY 2 WEEKS BUT LAST TIME NOT FOR 3 WEEKS
I) What is the ec/ppm of your unadjusted tap (or filtered) water?
J) What is the ec/ppm of your nutrient solution?
K) What is the temperature of your nutrient solution? (high and low temps) ROOM TEMP IF THATâ??S WHAT THIS MEANS
L) Does your ec/ppm show a rise or fall when you do your daily PPM check?
M) Does the ph fluctuate? NO. SAME EVERY TIME FROM TAP AND THEN ADJUSTED
N) Do you foliar feed? If so, with what, how often, and at what time do you
spray? (Just after lights come on, just before they go out...) NO

Your growroom:
O) What size of closet, room or hut? 2â??X3â??XSTANDARD CEILING?
P) What are the temps and humidity levels while lights are on? ...With lights off?

welcome to the wonderfull fight with spidermites your yield will be down but spray now with food friendly sprays. use a good bomb like dr.doom then spray with 2nd type again repeat every 5 days i also use liquid ladybug all natural spray. after harvest. bomb and clean like hell.there tough little buggers and hid under leaves, walls,trays etc.good luck talk to grow store for more stuff. mites suck the juice from leaves.slowing growth and changing coloring of growth. pale or yellow if real bad.

You can do all that BS or you can go to Wally world and spend $7 bucks on a Hot Shot No Pest Strip, and stick it in the room....they will all be dead the next day, but leave it in there a week or so to kill any that hatch out later on...Bummer, you got attacked by those little nasties this close to harvest...you'll have lots of fun picking those spider webs off if it's sticky weed too! Thanks alot guys. I've started a dif thread that I guess is more updated. Yesterday I purchased some neem oil and natural detergent. I applied fairly well getting top and bottoms of leaves. I am going to also get 1 pest strip as Tank Jr suggested. Will also pick up a bomb as Jim B advised.
Yes the battle is on trying to save the other plants which are just beginning to show signs of infection.
