Sometimes not helping is helping in the end.. Kinda like.. Less is more... We're here to help ya! Most folks here have more tolerance to individuals that do a little diggin' for info.
How small is your space? Humidity can be controlled.. I don't think it's an issue at all. 5600k is great for vegging..your gonna wanna go with 3000-3500k bulbs for flowering.Just mix the bulbs and use them from start to finish.

Timing and placement, perhaps. Seems to be more gossip and arguments and such in the afternoons, but I know of a few of us troubleshooters that only come in the mornings.
A lot depends on your air circulation, exhaust, temperatures, and what phase of growth you're in.
In flower, you'll want to keep the humidity low to avoid developing mold issues. I live in the desert, and after watering or feeding, my humidity spikes at about 45%. If humidity get's higher than that, I turn the fans up to the next higher setting.
Humidity isn't nearly as important an issue during the growth phase, but keep it low enough that the soil can dry between waterings.
Not sure if you mentioned dimensions of your growroom/closet, but the 85w CFL is equivalent to a 300w halogen, I believe.
2 of 'em should be fine for the growth phase, but in an enclosed space heat might be an issue. You might want to set it all up and do a test-run for temperatures before just tossing your seedlings into an oven.
Likely you'll want bulbs closer to 2500k for better flowering response, (when it's time to flower) but the 5600k is fine for the growth phase.
Check the Closet/Cabinet Growing forum for detailed info on what other successful gardeners are doing in their closets.
Seedling soil is fine for seedlings, but start looking for a good potting soil right now. Same goes for the nutrients. A good 2 part or 3 part nutrient system is a good start. Sounds complicated, but it doesn't take long to learn.
And most of all...learn some patience and read till your eyes bleed. Then read some more.

Looks like a foil factory melted-down, lol. As long as it doesn't retain heat, it should be fine. But plants are unable to use the light from below, so having foil or Mylar reflecting light from the floor is unnecessary and costly.
The usable light from CFL's is limited to about 6 inches or so depending on wattage. Lets say the light is 4 inches from the growing tips... with your set-up, the light must hit the foil (about a foot away from the bulb) and travel about that distance back to the plant. By the time the light get's back to the plant, the light is ineffective for proper photosynthesis. (Google 'inverse square law')
The soil sounds fine. I've never heard anything bad about it, but it's kinda new isn't it?
Don't overdose the youngsters. Once you have roots, transplant the pucks into a 1 gallon pot. (one plant per pot) Plain, properly ph'd water till they're ready for 1/2 strength nutrients. But at 20-10-10 KPK, you might think about 1/4 strength nutrients when it's time instead of 1/2 strength. (about 4 or 5 internodes) It's much easier to increase dose the next time, than to overdose 'em and have to start over. At that NPK ratio, you might only need one feeding every two weeks, (that's some pretty strong shit)
Holler if I missed anything...

I don't usually reply to indoor questions. I veg and clone in boxes but grow and bud outdoors. I have very limited knowledge of indoor. I still can't find what CFL means.

lol "foil factory melted-down" lol yea thats what happens when you let your cousin put the mylar up but yea i keep the lights alot closer i had just pulled them up to take the pic of the grow room so you say go from the peat pots to 1gal buks? or can i go stright to the 5 gal buks? also should i just take down the mylar? what works better? and the highest the temp has gotten is 77% and the soil was recomended to me at my local grow store(formula 707 by roots organics aurora) also the advance nutes, crap is expensive! can you recomend some thing better?also whats the best ph for water? because i have just been using tap water that i let sit out for a day so any clorine will evaperate from it.

Tiz best to up-pot in smaller increments. When you put a seedling into a five gallon pot, it's easy to overwater and nutrient build-up can become a problem. I go from 2 cup, to one gallon, two gallon, then into either three or five gallon pots. (depending on strain)
Mylar is fine. However, with CFL's wall reflectivity isn't a major concern. Flat white paint has never done me wrong, whereas Mylar folds, scratches, and collects overspray drops.
I can only recommend products I use. The Fox Farms Trio is cheap and easy, plus they have a foolproof Weekly Feeding Chart for their products online. I've been using their stuff for about five years now with no plans to change. A one-quart trio lasts me about 6-9 months.
Ingoing water ph should be between 6.3 and 6.8 ph. If you go outside that range, nutrients will start to be locked-out. If you can afford a ph pen, get the calibrating solution, too. If not, a freshwater aquarium ph test kit ($7 or $8 at most pet centers) can help guide your ph, but if broke you can go online and Google your local Water Quality Report. It should tell you what's in the water and it's average ph. Tiz a good place to start.
Rudy: CFL is Compact Fluorescent Light.
