what is the earliest i should give seedlings any plant food and would it be okay to feed 24 10 10? Ive never germinated before and would be :) for some direction on this as i only have the one seedling.

But, by the way, (depending on the soil you're using) you shouldn't have to feed them just yet. Retaining water is a seedling's priority rather than growth, and good quality soils are designed for this.
Once you get to about 3/4 weeks, try giving them something subtle like tomato plant food at 5-2-5 (or something similar). Then you can go for something a bit higher in nutrient values with time if you really want to use the 24-10-10 stuff, but I personally wouldn't use that until the plant shows maturity.
