Need recommendation on building a (CGE) Closed Growing Environment

What's up guys new to this forum.I'm gonna start growing my own mmj and from all the reading I've done and video watched I know I want to grow in a CGE room.So my questions are how big of a flower & veg/cloning room do I need? So I'm following the county rules 6 mature or 12 immature plant not sure what that means ? Think I'm gonna use 600w baddass ballast with a hood from bell lighting technology.for co2 don't know what to do heard burners are to too hot but again need help? Might do ebb&flow in flower and drip in veg
I'm a carpenter so building will be no problem it's just all the equipment I need to make some beautiful ladies like the high times that's the problem.want good equipment so it will last
