Where can I find "PEPPERMINT HAZE" IN LA?

Hey guys, I need help finding specific strain in LA area that worked for me the best but I cant find it anymore- PEPPERMINT HAZE!
They had it in my Hollywood store for $40 an eighth , $75 per quarter oz. while other eights were $60-$70. It was somewhat popular because of the lower price. It was "seasonal" cheaper bud, looked brown from far and dark green with red from close up, they called it "Peppermint Haze" a.k.a. "Christmas Tree" since buds looked like mini pines and it was Holidays. When you grind it up, smells like a flower. After you exhale the smoke, the room smells like something else- candy or incense, almost not even marijuana.
I have NEVER tried better strain that worked for me this well AND I would not want to switch to any other strain after using only that for few months until they ran out. I tried to ask the store to contact the grower but he moved away to Northern California, not even sure where. I was wondering if anyone has an idea where to find this strain.
