PP-L Fluorecent Build

I'm starting this thread to document a quick guide to DIY PP-L fluorescent light build. Looking for a few others to help. My time is limited and I travel so this may take some time to complete... but it will get done. Check back for progress. Help appreciated!

Tevfik, have a look at some of the lights on the ahsupply site below. I should be able to source all the parts locally and build it myself for a fraction of the cost they are selling, even if they seem somewhat reasonable. Hell, they are selling these as parts that you assemble! Leaf through the site, they have some detailed pictures that could be useful.
