HELP PLEASE - Need Lightbulb Only In Spokane Area
This is my 1st time going the hydro route. Have learned alot from many mistakes so far.
Anyway, 2nite my bulb burned out right in the middle of budding. Does anyone know of a place in Spokane where I can get a replacement bulb only, not the entire set-up.
I've been looking for hrs and just can't locate a bulb locally.
Thanks alot to anyone that can help.

Knowing what size bulb and such you are looking for would be helpfull.

Guess that would be helpful. Sorry it was late and I'm in a bit of a panic. It's a 150 watt HPS ED17. I think because of the low wattage I'm running into probs also.
Thanks so much.

Your local Home Depot store will carry bulbs in stock that will work for you.

Thanks for your advice. The only worry with that is not knowing what would be comporable to what I have been using. Any suggestions?
Thanks again.

For just 150 watts, tikiroom was right. Home Depot, Lowe's, etc. Just make sure is base is the right size, either standard or mogul. Take the old one with you to the store.

Okay, I have it taken care of. I went and picked up a new ballast and new bulb. This wasn't an option until about 2 hrs ago (thx you know who).
There were no 150 watt bulbs so I went with a 200 watt. Unlike what I had, this is upgradeable so once this grow is finished I will upgrade to 400 watts.
As I am plugging along I am learning a great deal. Don't buy bulbs over the net is the one that pops to mind first.
What I have now has a 6 month warrantee which will eliminate the prob I had with my 150 watt bulb. I did contact the company that I had purchased the system from but have yet to hear anything (can you say customer service?)
Anyway, I am again rockin' and a rollin'. Thanks again very much to those of you that responded. I appreciate you taking the time to help me out.

Another quick question here. If picking up a bulb at Lowes/Home Depot don't you need a light that has the flowering spectrum? I mean I know that one should use 1 type for veg and a different for flowering stages.
I imagine prices would be substancially lower at the above places but am a bit confused with the 2 diff spectrums.
Thanks again all :)

Home Depot carries up to 400w bulbs in stock both MH and HPS. Comparibly priced as well. Normally carry Sylvania and I have used before and they did the job

Yeah, man, why pay 100 for a bulb when paying 20 gets you what you need. You can buy the EYE or whatever but what's the point?
