Young Leaves looking healthy, but very curly and dry. Please help!

Hello! I am in need a little help. Let me say that I searched every thread possible and have some ideas but I figured my best bet on a diagnosis would be help from others

The grow started good, then I ran into some issues. I checked my PH and realized that my tap water is very alkaline, around 7.6+. So I took care of that and my PH is now around the 6.5 area. The plant then recovered and was doing great again. Well now, the foliage seems abundant and healthy but the leaves are curling and are a little dry. Here are my specs.

I am growing indoors.
Under a 20/4 light schedule under 162w cfl (12,000 lumens) in a 2x2 area for now. Have more lighting coming soon. Fan blowing on plant/grow area during light hours.
I water about every 2-3 days, or when pot is light weight.
It is being grown in Miracle Grow Moisture Control (all that is available to me) and I am using MG nutes and half strength every week. (24-8-16)
We are about at the 4th week of veg right now.

I was thinking it was maybe due to a type of like PH shock, since I went from watering with alkaline water to acidic water. I do suspect over watering, but under the 20 hour light the soil does dry out quickly. Plus I the pot feels light when I water it, and the leaves feel dry which would lead me to believe its not over watering. So I thought maybe it could be something else. Thanks again!
