This may sound cheesy and it has probably been suggested before. I was thinking that if on April 20th people everywhere went and dumped seeds wholesale along roads and highways. Just imagine, millions of seeds growing in public. I don't know maybe me and my friend Purple Mr. Nice guy are just to hazed...LOL!
