My dilution stories

I've been on probation for over a year, and have to go to treatment. I get tested sometimes 2 maybe even 3 times a week. I've pass consistently for weed even if I smoke. Only time I failed was when I was smoking heavy for a few weeks, then smoked an 8th over 1 weekend of some fire and failed on monday. I think it's possible I mess up the process, because I had not stopped smoking for years at the beginning and passed. I stopped for a few months, and recently have been smoking small amounts again. 1 exercise daily and eat very clean. I'm pretty big.(over 6' 200 lbs) I clean out pretty fast and don't make smoking a habit because I get labs tests alot of times at treatment, and if they tell them its diluted. When this happens they tell my po. So what I will do is dilute, tell my counselor I drank alot of fluids today, and I don't want it to come back diluted so can I have a saliva test. Pass the saliva and I'm good. (smoked day b4 few hits, have never failed one). So with diluting I have. I passed a test 7 hours after smoking a blunt with someone else.

It works, one of my main things is I get a good meal before the test (bout 3 hours before). I follow a low carb diet usually. So I have a bunch of carbs, fat and protein. I wanna make sure my body is using the new food for energy not body fat, or food sitting in my body. Then the usual just chug a ton of water, void minimum 3 goood times. I like to get 4 or maybe 5 good ones. I'm constantly drinking water after I void to replace.
