Difference between collective and co-op
So I know that a co-op needs to file as a non-profit with the state, obtain a seller's permit and business license depending where you live, but what does a collective need to do to establish itself in terms of paperwork needing to be submitted to the state? And for a co-operative in order to file an articles of incorporation, is there an application for that, or is that covered with the chapter by laws?
