Looking for a doctor (Ottawa Area)

Hi everyone.

I will be 28 years old this year and have Cerebral Palsy. I was born with it and was in and out of the Hospital for Sick Kids in Toronto when I was younger for various operations. I also suffer with severe depression and social anxiety.

I am not sure where to turn when it comes to finding a doctor that will sign the medical marijuana forms. My family doctor is 4 hours away in Newmarket, and I couldn't even imagine her signing my forms, as she is very conservative and likes to push her own drugs.

According to Health Canada's website, it appears Cerebral Palsy would fall under the need of a specialist.

I did see specialists a lot when I was younger at the Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital (The Hugh Mcmillian Centre, when I was there) and actively was involved in Physiotherapy and Easter Seals programs.

Can anyone help me? I am aware of some people offering signed forms for ridiculous amounts of money, but I would really not like to go this way, as I have my CPP Disability Forms submitted to the government and am on a limited income.
