so it's my 1st grow n was wondering would it be better to let the whole plant to grow then force it to show its sex or take a clone from mother plant n force the clone to flower? Just asking cause I'm starting with seeds not feminized and don't wanna waste my time if they turn out to be males.
welcome to the great world of cannabis.com great to have you here with us growing, sounds like you've done your homework, cool now it's time to go for it.
Take a clone from a plant and force the clone to flower is the way to do it if you have the flower room setup. The this way you can have moms that will save you time. Take the clones from the bottom unless you plan on topping or bushing them out... Every time you cut you need to let the cut regrow out a few weeks before you flower unles its a lower branch that would'nt help you....:)

since your new to this you'd benefit by taking cuttings let them root and start growing before you flower. once clones are transplanted they still need humidity until the roots take so keep that in mind. as far as wasting time...i wouldnt hesitate to be more patient and weed out the males the way i described(might cost 2 dollars at most.) you can take cuts from a flowering plant though if youll feel confident with your ability. just do it as soon as you firmly identified m and f.Quote:

Learning to consistently and successfully clone cannabis is an invaluable tool to have in the tool box. Same with re-vegging. :jointsmile:
i havent done much revegging and when i have it was early flower. how late in flower have you successfully revegged? just curious. also what provisions did you take to accomplish that? or a link is nice also:thumbsup:Quote:

so far the grow is going well only problem ive raninto so far is one of my plants has too much nitrogen. trying to correct that problem by foilage feeding, cant post any pics due to not having a comp and this site wont let me post pics using my cell so im just gonna have to wait.
