Would you thrive just breathing fresh air during the hours you are awake, and not when you sleep?

Well, I don't run the fans during dark. After 30 years, I see no difference.
I think that depends on how big a room you have, and the conditions outside.Quote:

my room is about 12x4x8 and i created a nice ventilation...i think i figured it out.
22"x14" in upper 3 feet
on intake side its 22"x12" in the bottom 3 feet
both vents are a 3 part lifetime filter
fans on both intake and exhaust
do u think that is sufficient?
You're gonna want a fan over the tops of the plants and under the light.. Then, if the temperature in your room get too hot after the light has been on for a while, it's time to bring in a another fan or two. One at the intake, and another at the exhaust.... From there on its just whatever you have to do to keep the temperatures where you need/want them. The ideal time for lights on is 75F... and ideally you don't want the night to be any more than 10 degrees lower.
