Can plants start to bud under 24 hour light?

Has anyone experienced this?

Sure it can if it's an autoflower strain.

Previously i vegged bagseeds for longer than a month with 18/6. They all started budding after 4th-5th week. Time to time I was showing sunlight to them. That was middle of summer. Maybe that was the reason. I still don't know.
