Harvesting week 8 due to PM

Good evening all,

Tomorrow my girls will be 8 weeks in and I was going to harvest after 9. I have had to change because of a massive attack of PM. I got the PM in week 5 and burned sulfur 3 times and even sprayed my crop with serenade. The remedies controlled the PM for the past couple of weeks but in the past 3 days it has spread insanely fast. I have already had to cut 4 out of my 40 plants down and trimmed them. This is my first harvest and up until the PM everything has been going great. I am flushing on Thursday until Saturday and then I have friends coming to trim. I need to revamp the room by adding more fans for circulation and this room needs to be severely cleaned.

2 weeks early, what type of consequences will I face pulling 2 weeks in advance?
