HELP INDOOR BAGSEED GROW CFL got pics

i have 2 plants but im concerned about my first plant (just started growin) it has yellow spots which i snipped off to stop the spread and I feel like it might be growin too slowly after 13 days. I think the first one might be a little skinny too and ive seen grows 1 weeks on the internet and mine seems puny compare plz help

actually i mite be havin 2 more but one has mold on seed (gray hairs kinda look like its growin a fro lol) becuz im usin a damp paper towel to sprout.

my seed pic cant show detail cuz i used my phone but the one the right is growing mold i think and the one and the left seems like its about to sprout

try getting the lights closer but don't burn them

cant see the soil too good what are you using> check the ph of the runoff, I see no dolomite in that soil I suspect your ph is off, giveng the little guy lock out.
