anyone ever used certo/certa fruit pectin?

i've found a lot of posts on other boards by people saying it works, somehow by coating your fat cells so that they dont have a chance to absorbe into your urine or something along those lines...a lot of people have claimed it works from what i can tell and its worth a shot at $3.50 for a box of two packets of it, so i thought i'd try it, what the hell. Anyone use this though and have reccommendations on when how much i should take/mix with what quantity of water or just stories of them using it for tests?

any help would be much appreciated...

next time spend the cash& get stat i way 250 got 2 bottles , puffed the night b-4 and passed a urine & saliva test. if you want the job spend a buck.

Yeah I swear by certo....has worked for me twice in the past...get you a 32oz bottle of gatorade and mix one packet of the certo with it..you'll have to pour out some of the gatorade first cause there is quite a bit of the certo in one packet..anyway...about two hours before you test start drinking it...not fast..but finish it all before you go to test and make sure that you urinate a few times before you test..the first time that I used it my urine was clear and I passed the second time I was worried cause it was about an hour after I finished drinking it and the urine was a little yellow but I still passed. I've heard that even after you finish //it protects your system for about 4 hours...Hope this helps..

that doesnt make sense

can you get certo in normal places like grocery stores?

found out today that i passed the first test...got another one on tuesday for the coast guard. I passed by quitting 3 days in advanced, drank a 1/2 gallon of water/1 pack of certo the night before, 1/2 gallon of water/1 pack of certo a few hours before the test, took 3 asprin about an hour and a half before it, and passed.
