Help needed urgently, major problem with lighting!!!

Going on what seems to be bad advice I set my lights to 12/12 from day one and my plants have grown so little in 5weeks. Would it harm them now to switch it to 18hrrs light 6darkness? They are really buddy but very small. Any help would be very appreciated! Thanks.

Switch now. They should regain health and vigor. Would likely be a good idea to transplant into fresh soil. Might get a little bit of stunting, but they should be fine.

if its a strain like haze with a long flower time (110 days) it would be prudent to start in 12/12 as soon as it roots or from day one with seed. otherwise youll have to reveg or clone.
