I achieved a little over 91F by crotching the bottle for about 45 minutes.
Is this too cold?
Next I will try pre-heating the bottle and crotching it longer.

update:
I achieved 96.8F by pre-heating, and crotching it for a little over an hour.
I'm going to try it again, just to make sure I have this down.
temp needs to be between 94 to 100
well, I'm getting a consistent 95F just by crotching.
I hope I can pull this off.
Have you been practicing the pouring of the sample from the bottle to the "sample cup" (using warmed water instead of urine)? If so, you would notice a temperature drop which is a natural occurrence whenever warmed liquids are transferred to a cooler container. The temp drop can be as much as 5 degrees depending on how cold the empty sample cup is.
During practice, shoot for about 99-100F at the sub bottle, and after pouring into the cup, make note of its temp drop for 4 minutes. I say 4 minutes because at the facility, the collector is supposed to recieve the urine sample and check its temp within 4 minutes after being voided by the donor.
Oftentimes when I encounter an empty sample cup that is cold (due to the A/C being turned way up at the facility), I "prewarm" the empty sample cup by tucking it in my armpit as Im closing the bathroom door, unzipping, etc.
well, the test wasn't too bad.
The nurse didn't seem to pay much attention to the temp. She just dumped it in the collection tube and bagged it.
Feeling confident, so I went and got some weed. Haha.
