heater to close to plants!!!!!

I accidently put a heater to close to my plants. Will they heal? Is there anything I can do to help them?

They might pull through, but have you got any more seeds...?

Even if they pull through they will probably be severely stressed out. Would probably be better to plant some new ones unless you dont have anymore seeds.
