when the plants flower thats flowering. buds are what most normal people smoke . mmmmkay.

when you sprout your bagseed then they grow awhile then thats veg ok ? with me? after that they flower thats when you tell the male from the females. still with me? look at me when i'm talking to you.now you must know that only females produce that stuff that just got you high.thats bud.hope this helps.
