Basic hydro questions/ need answers plz

Have several basic questions that I would appreciate getting help answering from anyone with experience plz. All pertaining to indoor hydro grow( my first grow)
1.Net Pots- how big does a net pot have to be to accomadate growing full sized plant
2. growing medium- recommendation for grow medium or good mix.
3. air pumps- how essential are air pumps for an ebb and flow system
4. how long should timers be set between wateringcycles on ebb and flow system(aren't roots supposed stay wet)
5. how much does an air cooled reflector for lighting reduce the distance necessary between the plant and the light.
6. Any suggestions on nutirents or any necessary enhancers
7. do ozone generators eliminate oder problem(will venting into an attic resolve the problem of odor alone)
8. Anything that can help prevent detection by infrared
9. any suggestions on security measures
10. how often should the air change over in a grow room
11. do plant containers on ebb and flow buckets connected to control units require any kind of cover on top
12. Any suggestions on inexpensive light movers
13. how much grow medium should be used or how big must the grow medium container be to accomadate each plant
14. approximately how far apart should the plants be spaced from each other
15. how does a novice grow a 100 pound harvest of dry bud in a ten ft X ten foot room with average equipment on a budget? (LOL - a little humor ;) )

I think I've worn my welcome down to a nub already so I better stop asking questions for awhile. Any help with the answers to my questions or any additional suggestions or input will be very much appreciated and will enhance the possibility for my endeavors to be successful.
