Need help in Mass.

Hello all,
First time visitor to this site.
I live in Mass. and have several health problems. My MD at the VA has unofficially given me the nod to investigate using weed. I have done some research and found that there is new evidence that high CBD strains are more effective for certain conditions.
I am currently taking Seroquel(bipolar),Lorazepam(anxiety/panic),Tizanadine(low back) and Oxycodone(chronic low back pain). Also taking aspirin and a statin for cholesterol. I feel like shit all the time. Complicating the matter is that I have been clean/sober for 16 years. I have no desire to get high but if weed will help me to get off all of the other shit I have no problem trying it.
I have no desire to drink or use other drugs.
I don't know how to find people in my area who have the necessary expertise to point me to the proper strain of herb that will help me with my various ailments.
I'm going to read around the forums some more and see what else I can learn.

Indicas have a higher cbd than sativa so if you were going to grow thats what you would want to start with.

Having ,Lorazepam you may find smoking or vaping any kind may be bad news.

Google rick simpson or pheonix tears make the oil.Put it in jell caps start with really low doses three times a day and build up slow.You may want a larger dose at night so you sleep through the high .In time you should nead less or even none of the other meds.

Small doses will not get you high .
Over time increase the dose and keep building it up in your system.Many people have done this and never gotten the high.
