You can start the flowering when ever you want. But most people recommend starting when the plant's about 20 inches tall.Quote:

yes, I was told I should use the 10/14 since I used 24/0 for my vegetative stage, I tried it and after two weeks I had no signs of flowering so I switched it to 12/12
