I just got my medical permit, and grow permit for indoors.

I have been looking through this forum for years, and am totally confused on the cheapest and easiest way to grow.

Can I use a floodlight? And other things as I don't have extra money to put out.

A CFL closet grow is probably the cheapest way to go. A flood light / spot light would put off far too much heat due to it is focusing the light beam in a small radius. Here is a link that breaks down things for you.
