Any strain can be grown to couchlock status. Just harvest at 10+% amber trichomes.
I like ANY of the 'white' strains for this: white widow, AK48, white rhino, white russian, papaya, ice, etc.
I was just reading High Times issue 419.
They reviewed the medicinal strain of the month " Harlequin "
They say it has between 4.9-8% CBD.
Harvesting time does play a role as well.

Have you ever tried the strains LSD or OG KUSH #18?Quote:

Of course their are plenty others and exceptions to the rules.

Cancer patients can pass very quickly or go for years. Depends on the stage of their cancer....What stage is the Cancer? That says how severe and gives an idea of time.
Does the patient realize you are starting from scratch, or do you have something to provide now? The more amber the trichomes, the heavier the couchlock .... also the harder it is to smoke...assuming that is the method.
I agree an indica, strong indica with 25% sativa
There is a whole forest to look at here, not just one tree
