***Politics Forum Guidelines***

This forum is designed to have open discussion/debates about current political events/elections. Since it does take a degree of intelligence in order to do the research about issues we expect that this will be reflected in the members posts. The ground rules in here will be as follows:

1) ALL the sites current guidelines apply to this forum.

2) Once again, NO personal attacks allowed. Personal attacks will be evaluated as to the degree and the repercussions can be anywhere from a warning to a ban. Consistent violations will result in a permanent ban.

3) We all know that religion is one of the major causes of war but this is done by the minority of such beliefs. Calling out a complete sector/belief for the wrongs of a few WILL result in deletion of such thread/post. Consistent postings of such will result in a ban. Example: A militant group of a certain religion may be called out but DO NOT call out that religion based on that militant sector. We have members of ALL races and religions here and they deserve respect.

4) Thread starters/posts that are meant for nothing more than to incite a flame response will be deleted and a warning issued. Consistent posts like this will result in bans leading to a permanent ban. Statements about failed policy's can be made without pounding salt into proverbial wounds. This applies to past and current administrations.

5) Thread starters ARE the topic of such thread. Posts in that thread will reflect such. Deviations away from the topic are permitted only if such topic was affected by the starter. ANY other deviation away from such topic will be deleted and a history of consistent deletions will result in warning followed by a banning. In other words, trolling is not permitted.

6) ANY accusations of LEO will result in a permanent ban! IF you have proof of such, e-mail me and I'll make sure said person never posts here again. If you have no proof, keep your opinion to yourself. This is a medical marijuana community and NOBODY here deserves such an insult.

7) We have a "Conspiracy Forum". Threads/posts with links to conspiracy sites will be deleted. We're done moving such threads. Consistent posting such material in the wrong forum will result in an initial warning followed by a ban.

8) Polls: When a poll is created I'll put a sticky on it for as long as either the thread creator wants OR until there is no activity in such poll.

These rules are in place as of now and pertain to ALL new and old threads. If you decide to post, keep it to the thread starters issue, nothing more. Now, lets start having some intelligent debates!
