Upcoming urine test - please help

Hi all,

I have done quite a bit of reading but am still feeling somewhat unsure, so would very much appreciate some opinions.

I have an upcoming urine test and would like to know if I will be safe to pass said test.

Here are my smoking details:

-Daily smoker of hydro for many years
-Stopped smoking on the 1st of September (2010)
-Had 5 bongs in the middle of November
-Had another 5 bongs on 1st of December

I weigh 200 pounds and exercise 5 days a week for an hour a day. Be it weights, bicycling or a combination of both.

I have a urine test scheduled for the 30th of Januray 2011. Will I be safe? I can push the test back a month if need be but as it is for a job that I wish to apply for ASAP I would prefer not to.

You have plenty of time to get clean, so pick up some cheap home test strips and begin to test yourself as you exercise. Use the first void of the day, as it contains the highest concentrations of THCA. You can also add some soluble fiber(Metamucil) to your diet. This will help you to shed some extra THCA metabolites through your colon.
