question about dosage with my kief butter

This is my first post on cannabis.com , but i'm definatley No noobie, so dont even start with me.:pimp:

i have a REAL question that im sure maybe one of you can help me with.
I am going to be making some fantasy fudge, that i will be selling to California Medical despensaries. Particularly the one i work at.

I need to know the Kief:Butter Ratio in order to get at least a 3 dose peice in a batch of 30 pieces of fudge.

Im considering 3 doses to be about .75 grams( or 3/4 of a gram....duh ) of cannabis(and kief ) per piece.

Im curious if anyone has cooked in large batches using Kief/Hash butter.

i made a test batch with 1/4 of good buds in my butter into a batch of 16 pieces. and the initial buzz was OK. Nothing strong.

So this is why in this next batch of 30 , im wondering if you think a 1/2 OZ of good bud and around 2g's of Kief will make some potent fudge?

I KNOW HOW TO MAKE BUTTER, THAT IS NOT MY QUESTION>
MY QUESTION IS HOW MUCH KIEF SHOULD I USE IN A BATCH OF 30 FUDGE:stoned:
