Today i will go see Dr. Sulak and try to get the card. Wish me luck. I will be needing someone to "show me the ropes" in all areas of this subject as i am new to it all. I am on a fixed income (ssi) and my wife n I are having our second child due july 20th yay!. so anyways this is what is going on with me. Hope to hear from you and good looking out for others ].
