Been researching quite a bit and hear that claims the digital ballast saves money.so im looking into getting the htg 400 watter for 119 which is a awesome deal.I can also walk into the store and buy it,so question is should i spring for the digital ballast?ive heard great thing about htg so if someone had a bad expirience let me know!!
Digital E ballast are well worth the money! If you get the right one.. I have a Hydrofarm Phantom 1000 watter. If I were you I would spend a little more on one that will honor thier warranty. Mine has a super warranty! Check out the hydrofarm ballast.. You'll be very happy with your investment!:thumbsup::jointsmile:

from my experience, my Digital ballast is quieter and runs cooler than my cheap magnetic ballast. My digital ballast doesnt make a peep, but the magnetic ballast buzz's so loud you can here it in other room.
