OPCO locations posted to DOR website?

I overheard this being discussed yesterday in a center. Hopefully it's just a rumor. I was in a hurry to get somewhere and didn't follow up with it and ask specific questions. I checked online and can't find any evidence of it myself. Anyone else heard of this?

I doubt the DoR would do this (no reason to) but I expect a lot of towns and counties will require an open permitting process, which amounts to the same thing. We do here. Applicants have to put up a sign for a few days to solicit public comment, and I think they are also required to inform all adjacent landowners.

I don't think the info was for real. No evidence of it on DOR's website or anywhere else that I can find. That's a good thing.
