A Few Questions.

Alright guys, I live in England which to be honest is shit when it comes to weed being legalised or prescribed although we do get some nice strains. :rastasmoke:

What I wanted to know are what the laws are in Cali and other places where cannabis isn't as frowned upon by the government.

In England the government are so fucking ignorant anything that is not known about enough is classed a WITCHCRAFT!!! lol... well not that bad but still.

The annoying thing is that even though almost every normal person has tried cannabis and I cant think of anyone who I know who didn't like it the government are so far up their own arses progression seems impossible.

well I was born out there and moved back for college and sh*t and as far as I could tell it has never been illegal in Cali. :rastasmoke:

21 Years Born and (almost) Raised, and thats pretty much right lol...
Right now we have a Medical Law here and its pretty easy to get a script. If you have any form of docs written for something (1 time for Vicodin or something) or just tell them another reason like muscle spasms or headaches, a Cali ID, and are over 18 your good to go.
Allows 18 plants to be grown for personal use and up to 1oz to be on you at any given time(California law, every state varies on amounts). You cannot buy or sell seeds in the state of California, but you can buy/trade clones. You cannot medicate while driving as that is a DUI (Driving Under the Influence) or within 1000 feet of a school. Other than that you can blaze walking down the street if you like. I do it ALL the time. ummm only with a Script are you allowed to enter events like the HTMCC, MMF, ect. Enter dispensaries or use A MMJ Delivery service. I highly suggest making a copy of your original script and laminating the OG 1. Carry the copy with you. I keep a folded one in the wallet at ALL times. Some Doctors give you an actual card though. The fee ranges from 35-80 for a script and can last from 3-12 months. then its usually a 30-45 re-issue fee. Think that just about covers it... If you medicate and don't have one in Cali your being stupid. Your pretty much begging the cops to harass you. With a card and the way the laws here are 90% of cops wont even bother cuffing you, just ask how is it and say have a nice day (happened to me about 5 times already lol)...

Ahhh that sounds great, at the moment i'm sitting with 2 spliffs that i had to smuggle xD. I wish it was like that over here earlier my mate had a legalise it hoodie on and feds stops and spoke to us just because that, they didn't notice red eye so all is good tho :rasta:
