I did read this however so I guess there are some real restrictions at this time.
"The law allows up to 2.5 ounces of marijuana every two weeks, and there can be only one dispensary per 10 pharmacies. If you live 25 miles or more from a dispensary, you can grow your own personal use marijuana, but only if you have a prescription. "
It does seem strange that they would say you cant grow your own. This will be real good times for the dispensary industry in AZ. I couldn't afford $300oz.
don't think you will see much difference in pricing and with real distribution months away there will time to fone tune the regs.Quote:

good reading for a sunday. I was bummed when it looked like it failed, but nobody mentioned they hadn't counted every vote.
IN AZ it seems a bit unfair that if you live near a dispensary you cant grow. But if 25 mi away you can. Forced to pay dispensary prices. Discrimination due to location.
I guess the trick is to get your grow license before a dispensary pops up in your neighborhood. I hope there's a grandfather clause. What if a person grows for two years and then a dispensary opens? Is that person still allowed to grow or does someone show up at the door and confiscates anything grow related?
Weird law.
