Am I way past gone.

I had a major problem with root aphids. The infestation
so bad there were 100s of them in my hoods dead. I cleaned the room hand killed 100s, and let the soil dry till my
plants almost wilted. The I added watered with asatrol 2 days ago and I am about to again tomorrow. The problem I am having other than my leaves turning black and yellow is my branches are starting to fall down. Is there anything I can do to fix the root rot problem now that I am 34 days into flowering. I am in 3 gallon bags of pete moss and perlite. I have 6 1000w hoods.
