all i really ahve set up is 6 lights 4 20w and 2 40w im using moisture control soil have no dark period yet the leaves just seem to be drooping, there is no discoloration no burning, im using no ph's

Looks like your using the wrong colour cfls for a start. You need to use the blue spectrum ones for veggatative growth and then the red spectrum (ones your using now) for flowering. You need to keep your lights close to the plants about 2-4 inches from the top, check with your hand to see if its too hot or not. Dont over watter them, only when the soil is dry. Make sure they have a fresh income of air and that it isnt too hot, a warm room temp is fine.
