Male female and Hermie info

As you can see I'm new here. I have been doing some
decent reading on growing an think it would be an awesome hobby. My laptop recently went down so I'm doing this all off my phone. In which I can not use the search button for some reason. If I could I would. I was pretty much looking for some info on what causes, how to tell, how to prevent what to look for an what are the pros and cons to males hermies and obviously females that everyone wants? Even just a link to this info would be more then enough. Ty

Yes it is an awesome hobby. Teaches patience, something I need to be taught, still after 30+ years growing. I really enjoy crossing and pollenating, then growing out the seeds and see what comes up. Some are real loosers, and now and then you get something truely awesome.
