cannabisseeds.com - my experience

OK...here's my experience with cannabisseeds.com -
Financial transaction smooth, seeds delivered as stated in individual rigid sample tube. No damage during transit.
12 seeds delivered - 7 germinated (I killed 2 due to stupidity on my part)
I ordered 'feminised' white widow.
Of the 3 so far brought to flowering - all 3 were male
I have 2 left not yet showing flowers
Even if they are female why do I get the feeling I'm going to get hemp?

Use these guys and take your chances.
I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole.

That truly sucks. Apparently, they have developed an "Anti-Feminised" version. :wtf:

I'm sure *some* of these "seed banks" are little more than a couple bone-heads with a website, funneling bag-seed genetics into fancy envelopes.

If I were in UK, I'd absolutely look into Attitude. Good selection, good reputation, and solid customer service.

My personal favs are Attitude and Hemp Depot. Never a bad experience. :thumbsup:

Well, from my research, White Widow was originally brought to fruition by Greenhouse Seeds. They only manufacture White Widow in female seeds. That means they use a stressed female and a different female to get the original White Widow.
(Rusty help me if this isn't quite right).

So, the only true White Widow...is the creation of Greenhouse Seeds. Not sure which breeder thru that seed company is creating the seeds, but there should be no males at all from a true WW line.

When I get stressed plants in my garden I take the pollen and pollenate a different plant. These all turn out to be females, sometimes a hermie, but rarely as I am using stable strains whenever possible. Hermies come from strains that have been over bred and back bred too much.

The stable strain to stable strain cross (F1) should produce no hermaphroditic plants. A true hermaphroditic plant is very rare, they are quite strange compared to a stressed female.

So, I don't think you got real white widow, instead a stress overbred, inbred, white widow.

I purchased from http://www./. Ordered all females (10) killed 4 by error trying to grow outdoors in very very hot sun. The others are indoors and in flowering mode and doing well and all are female.

Very happy with my purchase. I think they are a bit more expensive but well worth it.
