Cannabis failed in all but one state

All of the ballot measures concerning cannabis failed except for an amendment in Oregon. Love how all the proponents are saying "they have made these huge strides in getting a conversation going" yeah, the conversation is now how do we shut down medical mmj. Good luck "patients":wtf:
