According to Reason.com, the Yes on 19 campaign is reporting â??youth turnout is so high that the polling location at San Diego State University has completely run out of provisional ballots. Weâ??re hearing that it will take 3 or 4 more hours to re-stock the ballots there.â?
Youth turnout is key for Prop 19â??s success, yet, while encouraging, this report is not indicative of voter turnout throughout the state.
Boxer and Moonbeam are being projected as winners or leading with exit polls, so.......I'm going to start assuming that Prop 19 is going to make it and the freedom train will begin to leave the station!! :thumbsup:
