question about nutes --> advanced nutrients

hia, im into my first week of flowering, ive just tarted adding flower nutes becaue 1 or 2 where yellowing so i figgured id up the doses with the bloom nutes..

anyways what nutes im using / used

veg:

Sensizym
canna coco A+B

bloom:

Sensisym (friend said that u cud just go ahead and use sensi for veg and bloom?)
Connesiour A+B

and i got:

Big Bud
PK 13/14

I was wondering basicly how i should approach from now on. they are day 4 in flower. when and how should i use Big bud and/or PK 13/14

(btw connesiour and PK 13/14 has been unused for bout 8-10 months, stored cold and dark (bout 15-20 C ) is it OK to use?
