What am I doing wrong with my harvest?

Hey Everyone.. thanks for reading.. I have completed my first year of growing and love it.. but in the end I have harvested about 8 plants and only one of them have gotten me stoned.. the other are like.. litteral.. crap weed.
I have grown
ICE (the only good one)
Big Bud
Bubble Gum
Northern Lights
a few Mexican bag seed)

I have attached a picture of my recent harvest.. this is Big Bud.. Harvested at 9 weeks when what I 'thought' were the trich's were looking amber.. all of them end up this way though, not much crystals on the leaves.. not as all sticky and just really light and fluffy..
They also don't smell like anything other then maybe grass or hay... I dried them all by hanging them in a closet on dental floss and waiting till they got to where i could snap the stem, i then put them in jars for 4 weeks now.... (burping them as needed)

Thoughts?

That bud looks like shit, bad structure(Wispy) and I really donʻt see much Trichome cover at all.

Did you even give any nutes and what type of lighting did you use ??

Umm, do you even know what a trichome is? In the sentences above you say "trich's", and "crystals" like they are 2 different things. You sure your not confusing trichomes and pistils? Pistils are the little hairs that dry up and turn reddish color. If you harvest based on when the pistils turn from white to reddish then they are probably getting chopped too early?

And like FlyinPolynesian says, what are you using for light? They really are very wispy, like they were grown with not enough light.

Thanks all, yea i know what a trichome is, I use a 60-100x mini pocket microscope to check they have gone from clear to milky to amber..
I use nutes, I do the Fox Farms feeding schedule and I use 6x100 CFLs (26w each) 5.5 - 6K for veg and 2.3 - 3K for flower.. And I grow in a Rubbermade stealth setup. Do I need to move to a HPS setup and ditch the Rubbermade / CFL setup? I have seen quite a few success stories on here from people using the Rubbermade setups...

yea ditch the 6 cfl for 1 400 hps you will wish you would when done 3-4xs more product. Hydroponic 400 Watt HPS Grow Light w/ Hi-Output GE Lamp - eBay (item 110603530132 end time Oct-30-10 23:39:43 PDT)
