So did they ban caregivers in Denver? I didn't see anything about "caregivers" in the city council vote the other night. The way I read it was you can't have over 12 plants and no more than two patients in a household. Soooo, can you still be a caregiver for one other patient not living in your house as long as you don't go over 12 plants?
I think it passed. But still haven't read confirmation yet. I think it zones caregivers out of residential areas. Caregivers can use a commercial space though.

...just like my illegal gas grill! So many ordinances are there only to be used in the case of disputes between neighbors. Discretion and consideration should be the watchwords of every marijuana grower.
caregivers seem to be the odd man out in this new legislation. why, is the critical question. keeping it quasi legal i guess.
