was cruisin threw my local hardware store and there they were never seen them this big. They are 68 watt 300 equivalent. 2700k Seem like a great bulb to add as supplemental lighting or for the closet or cabnet growers. O they are just under 15 bucks.. and like 10 inches long 3inches wide.:thumbsup:

but, I've come to the conclusion that fluorescent tubes are better than CFL's...IMO.
I agree 100%. I've seen many different setups and many different finished products and the "tubes" seem to grow the plants stronger and a little bit faster. That is a sweet CFL though, I too just seen it for my first time at Lowe's yesterday. It is a HUGE bulb.Quote:

Well seedlings would enjoy the 6500k bulbs better. the one you have is probaly 2700k. Not sure they make the 6500k in that style bulb.:thumbsup:
