thin and curling fan leaves, help needed asap

hi guys, really in need of help at the mo.

my set up is 600hps in a 1.2m tent, 4 inch int and 6 inch ext, temps are running 24-25c lights on and 15 lights off.

plants are being grown organically in coco which is being fed ph6.5 water and e.c 1.2 atm of coca a and b. The plants are 1 and 1/2 week into flower and 7 weeks old overall. The new growth is slightly deformed to the point where fan leaves are thin and have a claw.

I did used to feed them cold water and ph6.5 but since i have used room tempo water and ph 6 as i thought it was a lockout of phosphorous,
