New rules for refinancing...
I am curious as to others opinions about the affirmative action. I have my recomendation from a qualified Doctor and I do qualify, not worried about that at all. Last year I tried to refinance my house and was turned down, now the rules have changed and I could save up to $300 a month if I refy now. After getting turned down I started my room which is legal but too far along to move. Guess I also forgot to get my remodel the final inspection. So now the City inspector wants in my room and the bank appraiser also. Should I just go for it since I am within the law or should I put them off a couple months? My Doctor has said if I get in trouble he would testify that he feels it helps me. What would you do??? I figure with the bank appraiser I could tell him I rented the room and it's locked but not the city inspector....

With the nature of the MMJ laws as they are right now, I would temporarily move the grow till the inspections are done. Anyone along the line could hear that you have a grow and either drop a dime or worse send a couple thugs over to rob you. I don't think its worth the risk.

yup, KW is right. Someone in freaking SEATTLE just had their door smashed in with a battering ram, so they could be thrown on the ground in a para military style raid...over TWO PLANTS!
keep it secret, keep it safe!

Its important to keep reminding people that MMJ is not legal in Washington yet. You can still be arrested at any time no matter what documentation you have. So caution is still the best course of action till we get this remedied. And even then you're going to have areas where law enforcement will just ignore or circumvent the law even if pot gets legalized.
