more proper light will always help. Get more cfl's in the 2700k-3000k range. Or for your one plant a 250 hps would be even better
well the thing is im having trouble understanding the whole high pressure sodium lights .. for a 250w do i need a ballast or can i use a regular socket ? so is that the reason my plant is not flowering yet? because i dont have enough light??
you need to have a ballas to run a HPS. for a 250W you need a 250W ballast.
the CFLs would work, but a HID will work better.
your plants start flowering when you change the light cycle to 12/12.

yes i know i switched to 12/12 atleast 3 or 4 weeks ago maybe more and all i see are hairs???? no buds?
when you flip a plant to flower it goes through what they call the 40/60 phenomena. the first 40 percent of the time if flower the plant goes through "the stretch" and the last 60 percent of the time it fattens up.
